I highly recommend Darrel Lewis to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home. After 22 happy years of living in the Willows Estate, we had to sell our house in order to move to this retirement home. For personal reasons we started off talking to two another Estate Agencies. In both cases the prices suggested by these two were on the high side, but in our innocence accepted them. After a number of unsuccessful, viewings we contacted Darrel Lewis. Darrel came to see us on a Tuesday, we agreed on a selling price and what offer could be accepted. By the Thursday of that week he had brought 3 viewers. One of them came for a second viewing on Friday. The other came back with family on Sunday, made an offer that same afternoon, which we accepted. The asking price suggested by Darrel was based on recent sale prices calculations of the actual sale-price per square meter, and not just thumb sucks like other agents. So after us having 2 wasteful moths with other agents, Darrel tied up the deal for us within a week. He has also kept in touch with all parties with respect to the financing and registration of the sale and has made us feel very comfortable with everything. I have no hesitation in recommending Darrel Lewis to any prospective property buyer or seller.
